How to get Commercial License Dubai
Dubai seems to be the best city in the part of Emirates to do a business. Business can be started in Dubai only with the License. Based on the type of business the license type also vary accordingly. Based on the business environment and the marketing status a new commercial business strategy can be start up in Dubai free zones. Licenses for the business type with commercial activities or trade activities with import and export comes under this Commercial License Dubai. To obtain a valid trading license the LLC or a free zone company should submit their original documents to the Commercial Registry at the Trade license and also to the Commercial registration Department.
These are the documents to be submitted for a Trading license:
- An application of license got signed by the company managers or their legal representatives
- A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is to be submitted
- An approval from DED with company name attested
- Passport copy of the management partners
Now, the submitted documents are checked and validated by the commercial registry authority. The company name is then added to the commercial registry. Then the DED forwards the documents to the Federal Ministry of Economy for publication.
After the publication the ministry will issue its approval letter. When completing the licensing procedures the DED issues the original certificates of Trade license and Commercial Registration.
